Director is a multimedia creation package. It allows visual and sonic elements called sprites, to be combined on a score (similar to a timeline). Version 10 added the ability to include and control shockwave 3D elements which allowed us to create VoS and Spider. Director has a powerful object orientated language called Lingo that allows full control of the various media elements.
