Dance Pilates is a dynamic fun class, which transforms Pilates
exercises done at the beginning of the class into a funky dance
routine done to popular music. Robyn & Brian use the Pilates
exercises to encourage the use of core strength while also warming
and limbering the body. Dance encourages a sense of grace and
fun. Dance Pilates combines the two to send you flowing fluidly
agilely around the space and into and out of the floor. As Strictly
Come Dancing has so adequately demonstrated you do not need to
have danced before in order to experience the fun of dancing!
You do not need to have done Pilates either! All you need is enthusiasm
and a degree of fitness, which will allow you to explore your
full range of movement.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.
